Package name appears twice #84

Package name appears twice in .meteor/packages file, after crud generator is run. Had to manually delete the repetition, in order for the server to function.

I am on Ubuntu 14 LTS. similiar issues in docker images too . Meteor release@1.1.0.2

Unable to add new users to role group, Submit button doesn't do anything... I have logged in as admin
