Update .net up to 8.0.6 (Connectivity event crash) #366

Hi! For now we have problem with ConnectivityChanged event, that give crash in compiled app on android 14. https://github.com/dotnet/maui/issues/17861 Can you please update .net version?

And this problem https://github.com/radimitrov/CSharpShellApp/issues/361 looks like similar mine. Compiled project's crash log is same.

VS released a stable update with a .NET MAUI SR update a few days ago. So next app version should contain related fixes with updated packages .
