Include the development version of pyrap #19

The development version of pyrap includes useful tools like pyrap.tables.msconcat that are not available in the stable version. Is it possible to add the development version of pyrap as an alternative to the current version?

I can do that, but maybe it is a better idea to push the pyrap developer(s) to make a new release?

I prefer not to include pre-release software.

Yes, I understand. Apparently, there is a pyrap issue opened since August 2011 asking for a new release https://code.google.com/p/pyrap/issues/detail?id=15 On the other hand, the "development" version has been the one used in the LOFAR CEP clusters (and in some other clusters used for the calibration of LOFAR data) for a very long time. So I think it should be stable enough to be used but maybe it is not a good idea to use it as the "main" version of pyrap. In any case I will try to contact the pyrap developers about this.

I've updated the pyrap package in the launchpad PPA to pyrap 1.1.0+svn358-2trusty
