Is it possible to embed the telegram chat into the static site ?

questions from team :

can we broadcast the audio straight forward to telegram ? (see RTMP protocol integrations)
can we have a telegram chat room embedded ?
What are other features proposed by Telegram ?

we have made a few tests, we need to re-run those with my own requirements, so i can gather tests results
