Add password reset form #25

If you've registered with email and password there's currently no way to reset your password. This PR adds a button that sends you an email with a link to reset your pw.

[x] password reset button
[x] catch the redirect (?type=recovery) after clicking link in mail
[x] show form to actually update the password
