Make /rpname accept everything as one string. #104

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Type "/rpname firstname lastname" without quotes.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: Change the roleplay name to the typed one.
Instead: Cuts firstname off.

It now uses the full command string as the name entry, and quotes are no longer 
required.
