More likely to attempt this now that we have Sun/Fog/Sky editing abilities with 
Lua in GMod Update 153.

Instead of a Night Mod. Why not make a 24 hour day/night mod. Basically it 
changes the sky to depending on the time. Eg. 10 minutes = 1 hour. Also make it 
settable by an Admin with something like /settime 1-24
