Vendor Not Taking Materials #127

Over the last 2 or 3 days vending machines haven't been taking materials 
whenever an item is purchased (the purchaser recieves the item free). Seems to 
sporadicly switch between bugged and unbugged as well.

He showed this to me when I logged in to set Eternal's rank. Watched console 
and there was no error. Could be something with the recent gmod update.
