Uninstalling display manager won't work unless I can reinstall it without a reboot
Problem solved: external keyboard. Back to original issue
New problem, I don't have enough disk space to migrate (total disk space must be 2.5x your home directory space). Perhaps temporarily uninstalling my user packages will work? Configs should stay since they're also managed through a repository
Idk if packages did it but I deleted old backups and steam stuff and it worked
I've just had a very stupid and me-specific problem. The wiki mentions logging out and logging in as root. Problem is, this config is running on what used to be a chromebook, which happens to be missing the F2 key. Without this, there's no way for me to enter a shell environment outside the display manager AFAIK without just uninstalling the display manager
