Support for icecast-kh version #5

Since icecast-kh is widely used we need a certain way to support it. The current codebase does not provide any minimal support.

315a5bfa3934cc0346326f038bb1dc185c5d6894 adds the support for -kh and also collect informations on the icecast server version
