96 pre filled values in replacement form in web interface #104

Made values autocomplete in the web-interface from the previous instance when editing the following:

property types
components
component properties
component connections

Web-interface should be ready for pull request, except for maybe the following

Make ended properties editable?
Restrict editing property type? This is currently not possible with backend implementation.

Backend changes required for full functionality

Edit/replacing connections doesn't work because is_replacement implementation is not finished
Cannot disable connections as it is not implemented in backend, needs to utilize time of connection to disable.

Seems to be working as advertised, but I think as you say, perhaps better to merge once the pending changes can be made?
