Formatting of Discrepancies #14

It's a bit of a rat's nest. Make it prettier. In particular, make columns vertically aligned instead of ragged.

Challenge:

  1. Some descriptions are very long and require multiple columns.
  2. The combined late exam submission checkbox and text field for how many days overdue.
  3. Adjusting to different window sizes.
