couchapp #55

So, the code doesn't seem to be a proper couchapp acording to the python 'couchapp' tool. the python couchapp tool needs a .couchapprc file.

But, maybe you chose not to include .couchapprc so that this code could be used with other couchapp delivery tools. ??

Fixed. I also learned how to us it : )
