I created the support/liquidsoap-1.3 branch and am currently working through providing downgraded dependencies for all the packages that where upgraded during the CentOS 8 upgrade. This will have to be rebased onto that branch, but getting liquidsoap to build 1.3 again needs to be done first and will take a while.

I was able to build a package after merging #41. It was built as liquidsoap-1.3.7-11.1 by OBS.

You need to be aware about the fact that there is already a iquidsoap-1.3.7-82.5 rpm (note the higher revision number). I could work aroud this by creating an Epoch, but i'm going to be looking into liquidsoap-2 first in any case so i recommend you "downgrade" to 1.3.7-11.1 for now.
