Timeline does not retroactively update on follow/unfollowing of people #1

Which is a pain in the ass. Thing is, the timeline is static and only updated on writes (as opposed to being rebuilt on read), in order for speed.

I guess if I wrote it so the timeline was rebuilt on follow/unfollow this would retain speed and be more useful.
