No I2P/Tor Access #16

In the interests of anonymity and/or resilience, it would be wise to set up the server itself to be accessible via I2P and/or Tor.

This is rather more of a server side issue, however it would be beneficial. Once I use SJCL, there's no reason not to trust my server with encrypted messages so there is definite merit in doing this.
