"Developers and Sysadmins" page is awkwardly phrased #7

The "developers and sysadmins" text is not phrased very well. Specifically, the middle paragraph (the long one) is one long run-on sentence that I can't really make sense of.

I've broken into sentences and reviewed it slightly. Do you think it's better now?
