No validation for event times #9

When creating an event, I can use invalid times. You have a snazzy date picker for the date, you should consider doing something similar for the time... currently, http://wire.0xf.nl/event/4 is taking place at 25:00, which ain't right.

There's now validation for both time and date, plus the added bonus of a snazzy picker :)
