Make it work with latest ggplot2 #21

using ggplot2 v3.0.0 crashes as somewhere POSIXlt values are used where POSIXct values are expected...

When viewing Results tab: Warning: Error in : Column x is a date/time and must be stored as POSIXct, not POSIXlt
