Add alarm margin #18

Added an alarm margin while the creation of the KSC alarm, so 'Time to Event' will match the 'Time to Node'. 'Time to Alarm' will still be displayed with the same margin as before

I see your idea to use the margin parameter instead of wrong maneuver time, but your commit has too many unrelated changes. I have to refuse it, sorry.

That's fine ;) I'm not used to git and this was one of my first PR I've ever created. In the meantime, I've learned a few things so if there is going to be a "next time", it will be "cleaner" :)
