Update max compatibility to KSP 1.11 #25

Hi @radistmorse, users are reporting on the forum thread that this mod works fine on KSP 1.10 and 1.11. If you'd like to make that official, you can merge this pull request to update the compatibility as seen by KSP-AVC and CKAN. Cheers!

Are you sure it's ok to have different version file in repo and in release?

Yup, that's the function of the URL property of version files. KSP-AVC and CKAN check that URL for an updated version of the file, which overrides the local copy if found.
