Can not move window #9

If the title bar of the PM window is above the screen (the content of the PM window starts at 0,0) then there is no way anymore to move the window around,

And how exactly did you manage to move the header out of the window?

I can't say exactly, but first I played on my monitor and later I switched to my TV. I had to play around with the resolution, the UI scale > 100% and so on, to make the game better readable. At least switching back to the monitor, a higher resolution and 100% UI scale allowed me to grab the window again.
