Install.sh MD5 Check Issues #81

When changing the default database passwords in the install.sh file, the 
get_elsa() function returns that the MD5s are different, and it looks like it 
attempts to restart the installation. The script exits with this:

Restarting with updated install.sh...
Restarting with updated install.sh... /usr/local/elsa/contrib/install.sh node 
update
install.sh: line 247: Restarting: command not found

Fixed in rev 486.  Put your custom vars in /etc/elsa_var.sh.  They will 
override any default variables in the install.sh.
