minor changes for compatiblity with openai playground #26

Add peer dependency to make this compatible with openai playground and remove a backstage dependency

Just ran yarn run format:write and rebased @rynowak

Looks like the lockfile needs an update as well.

ran yarn install after pointing to latest rad-components @rynowak
