CLI doc update for `rad init` #4010

Note that CLI docs are auto-generated for radapp.dev.

This issue should track updating any use of rad env init kubernetes with the AWS provider to instead use rad init interactive experience.

So I have the same question as [here] (https://github.com/project-radius/radius/issues/4009#issuecomment-1267753322). This task was created to make sure that AWS provider CLI flags are updated to rad init.
