Additional Backstage integrations to expose other Radius features #22

Overview of roadmap item

Beyond the Application Graph API and standalone dashboard, we would like to deliver additional Dashboard capabilities. These may include deeper integration with the Backstage Software Catalog, interoperability with other plugins in the Backstage ecosystem, and other Radius Dashboard plugins for Recipes, Resource Provisioning, etc.

What's the intersection between this and https://backstage.io/docs/features/software-templates/ ? Backstage already has a mechanism for "deploying stuff" that should be able to leverage. (We already know some folks using it for Radius).
