Outdated (not maintained?) changelog on website #2897

In the readme, it says to visit the website to see the changelog.

For changelog, visit radix-ui.com/docs/primitives/overview/releases.

But the website release list hasn't been updated since Sept. 2023. What does the release procedure look like, and would it be possible to automate something somewhere so that releases could at least be seen at a glance (perhaps with a link to the git hash for the release candidate)?

On closer consider, I suppose that page may be reflecting some sort of threshold for when a group announcement of changes as a "release" is shared. But since it seems that each individual component has its own release cycle, I wonder if there isn't a better format -- or if someone shouldn't at least add a note at the top of the page explaining how the page is structured and updated.
