NavigationMenu does not respond on hover in Chrome/Chromium on Linux (Ubunto/Mint) #2899

Bug report

Current Behavior

The NavigationMenu should respond on hover, however in Chrome/Chromium on Ubuntu or Mint the menu never shows, despite the CSS hover effect on the trigger showing.

Expected behavior

The NavigationMenu should work on hover in all browsers.

+1 on that. The issue was also reproduced on macOS Sequoia 15.0 via Chrome browser.
