Better Default Configuration #1

Currently the patcher uses rudimentary default settings that are probably too broad.

If you have experience with grass records or already have a good configuration, let me know!

i have made grass mods before, but im not really sure what the top field applies to. youre letting me open up all the grass records from whatever mods I choose, which is neat. But I should be able to apply them to landscape records on the top field? That would be quite useful if I could do that.
