Pages with page-break #4

Creating pages with page-break doesn't seem to create new page every time. See attached examples. Also it seems that top padding grows in every new page. pdf-pagebreak-test-webvector.pdf is created with webvector and master heads of CSSBox(Pdf) and jStyleParser. Media set to print and page size A4.
