This solves #9 It adds a ratio similar to the numbers one. Then if the ratio is met the word will either be surrounded by symbols or a symbol will be appended.
Example: hello => hello. hello => hello? hello => [hello] hello => (hello}
hello
hello.
hello?
[hello]
(hello}
