Document adding new word attribute #169

Several places in the code must be changed. The documentation should list them.

Implementation

New attribute parsing implementation in DudenWord in duden/word.py
Update EXPORT_ATTRIBUTES list constant in duden/word.py
CLI option in duden/cli.py
New line in default word CLI ouput duden/display.py

Tests:

Update test data in tests/test_data/*.yaml using make update-test-data
Include in tests using basic_attributes in tests/test_online_attributes.py
