Data pipeline ubuntu support and testing node types #78

Short Description

This PR adds:

  1. Nifi port 8080 can be changed to alternative port and all data pipeline node types use correct port in their Ansible scripts
  2. NiFi is supported to be deployed on ubuntu VMs
  3. Nifi is supported to be deployed on Docker
  4. Data pipeline testing SUT, TI and policy

Have tested that several data pipeline service templates work with xOpera. Have run Winery Admin Touch functionality.
