eg： mysql> RADON REBALANCE ; ERROR 1105 (HY000): admin.rebalance[&{From: FromUser: FromPassword: FromDatabase: FromTable: To: ToUser: ToPassword: ToDatabase: ToTable: RadonURL:http://192.168.0.106:8080 Rebalance:false Cleanup:true MySQLDump:mysqldump Threads:16 Behinds:2048 Checksum:true WaitTimeBeforeChecksum:10}].error:some param is empty

not only API, should add method cli set global radon rebalance =1
