Hi, doesn't work with rutorrent 4.0.4

[17.04.2023 01:30:38] WebUI started. [17.04.2023 01:30:42] Bad response from server: (500 [error,getplugins])

same problem with rutorrent v4.2.9

This is fixed by #13 from the looks of things
