Implement basic functionality for trendlines and horizontal lines

  * EA should be able to manage orders according to a trendlines and
horizontal lines
  * level of order management is to perform BUY, SELL - STOP, LIMIT orders
  * also to perform BUY, SELL - TARGET PROFIT, STOPLOSS order closes
  * this should be done only for one BUY and one SELL order active in time
