if price below/above object level, always new order openned

This issue has more solution. One of them could be use trendlines only once for 
order
openning and then deactivate this trendline - for example by any flag in 
description.
This is valid also for SL and TP trendlines.

This requires at least main concept of trendline identification and data carying
