Mail notification implemented in full required range.
Mail notification has two modes:
  - Sending mail with text only
  - Sending mail with text + attachment of current chart screenshot
This can be used as a main action - just notification is fired if object is 
reached,
or as a secondary action - when for example BUY or SELL is fired and we want 
also
send notification mail.
