Should I expect the following to work: spin plugins install deps? (I am on v3 of the spin cli)

Hey, @GordonSmith, we only have canary releases for the plugin for now -- you can install it using

spin plugins install --url https://github.com/fermyon/spin-deps-plugin/releases/download/canary/spin-deps.json -y
