Graph visualization is not completely satisfactory.
Provide better/more options for visualizing graphs.

- Possibility to use own positioning algorithms?

Make graph positions save across session if the graph state is unchanged.
Marking nodes/edges will not change the state.
Adding/deleting edges/nodes will change state.
