Privacy level #215

This controls the privacy level in the way of how we hide the data like file size, files count, directory structure.

Levels

Standard

name padding: add padding to files and dirs names so that all have the same encrypted length

Partial

minimal impact on disk overhead
add some dummy file chunks
add some dummy folders

Hide everything

considerable impact on disk overhead, will use quite more space
add add quite big random number of dummy file chunks
