tweet button. addresses #55 share functionality #60

Doesn't share a user's specific complaints, just the awesome website. Note that I'm not sure exactly where it's going to show up css-wise.

Thinking out loud here. I think there's a leaflet plugin that modifies the hashes (?) in the URL so you can share the center coords + zoom level with the URL.
