Add UI scaling support:

Remove the hard-coded pixel boundaries and replace them by dynamic values in an array (which needs to be initialized at startup).
Add UI scaling to the map editor (the buttons are really small on some systems)

I have started a small refactoring in the direction of having dynamic values for the toolbar buttons in #101

@gvissers Are there other controls that are problematic at the moment? And would you have any ideas on the way to set the toolbar dynamically?
