Add TravisCI config #103

The CI fails currently, probably due to PR #97: https://travis-ci.org/Chocobo1/radvd/jobs/489389114#L346

Also testing on osx is currently disabled due to link errors (I made it build with d1b82f6920ea2dd1afdb85eaada2511cf382db7a instead of the latest commit): https://travis-ci.org/Chocobo1/radvd/jobs/489385878#L356
