It's not merged yet because I asked for reviews on it!

I specifically requested it from @Neustradamus, as the active person other than myself. I specifically wanted them to give a +1 within the GitHub PR review system, but so far they have only give a "Nice" via email, and not merged it here.

@stappersg I'd appreciate it if you would accept the invitation to the radvd-project org, and then you could also give a formal +1 that would be tracked.

Otherwise I'll just take your LGTM and note it in the merge message.
