reset interface values on exit #34

A number of changes are possibly made to an interface by radvd and radvd doesn't restore those values when it exits.

Add some values to the iface structure to save the original values set on the iface and restore those values on exit.

One example value is set in privsep_set_autoconfig.

The code for autoconfig=zero was removed.
