Unable to ssh remotely unless I login to physical console first.

This issue is not resolved in topic #8. Please provide instructions on how to resolve this issue.

I cannot create a folder using ssh. Why does the server refuse? How to solve this problem?

This folder can only be written by root account. You do not have permission to create folder there.
