No USB-C video output since kernel 5.10.110-27-rockchip #14

USB-C video output used to work fine with an USB-C to HDMI adapter, but it stopped working since 5.10.110-27-rockchip. The feature is also broken with the last kernel, i.e. 5.10.110-29-rockchip. Directly using HDMI is working fine.

I selected 5.10.110-26-rockchip in /boot/extlinux/extlinux.conf and the USB-C video out works again.
