ROCK-PI-S 上的芯片是，RK3308B 的，Stepthen 说这两个超频的 overlay 不能用

那i2c和spi又是摄么原因?

上游内核驱动好像没有支持 i2c3-m1 和 spi1 复用的 GPIO3_B2，GPIO3_B3，GPIO3_B4，GPIO3_B5 管脚，暂时无法解决，决定先禁用掉
