Failed to run livebuild, please check your network connection. #17

when I follow the command $ RELEASE=buster TARGET=desktop ARCH=${ARCH} ./mk-base-debian.sh , I got the error return "Failed to run livebuild, please check your network connection." I don't know how to solve this problem, Can anyone help me? thx

I'm having the same issue since may 17 2023, tried several times but no success
